They pay you in peanuts and expect you to work like a labour. You will be frustrated by the rule of reimbursement. The admin will act like he is giving it from his pocket. If you are from HSEQ department do not join this company until Vigneshvary is the head of the department. It is like a dictatorship. Because of her ego she will make your life miserable. You will be framed as wrong without any reason just to safeguard herself. She acts like she is the one who is doing everything and everyone else are useless and she treats you in such a way that your confidence level becomes zero. Better being jobless rather than working under her. If she is not there in the system then everything runs smoothly

working at gokhana has beed great experience. the company value teamwork , innovation, and personal growth. also promote work-life and offer good opportunities for career development. Both the CPO & CTO are easily approachable and help the team grow to the next level. front-end (flutter & React) and backend developers are given opportunities to grow into full-stack developer.

No one value your words Especially jayaram such a irritating character They don't allow for WFH (if any emergency situation) Not good for working atmosphere They doesn't conduct any special event ( Internal office ) They give a salery hike only 3% - 5% Jayaram always questioning you, why your coming 5minuts late and then why your taking lunch break more than 20minutes like a silly questions he is always raising
