Manager is good but coming to appraisal he won't give hike that's the main back drop . When ever an employee work hard and give more support to their team so the manager has to give their worth and appreciate with appraisal then the employee will work with more interest . ThAnk you

Colleagues are not supportive and the working environment is not good need to learn the warehouse staff friendly environment then only the organization will achieve their goals

The Company GIPL i have learnt a lot from all my bosses like how to run a business & having so many training session time to time and having career growth also from SE TO SR.ASM & very good working environment and innovative also and ready to adopts latest technology

Compensation is decent but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 14-16 hours in a day clients appreciate my work but they mostly unnoticed during my appraisal
