...R team doesn't stick onto HR policies rather they move on their own mindset... 2) Designation specification and salary Hikings doesn't implies properly where employee with more experience, capability will be payed less compared to employee with very less experience.. 3) Regional prominance needs to be followed properly which is affecting employees where employees with Regional background is keeping far and other Regions candidates are appointed more.. 4) Please do take employees irrespective of Region / Language. consider talent , work experience and skills of candidates.. 5) officially office timings will be 9:30 to 6 but many a times employees are made to work till latenights and even girls / ladies are made to work till late night and doesn't even provide cab facilities to them..

Please note, all the below points are of 10yrs old work culture that I saw. Not sure if this has changed over the course of time. I joined long back as Kaizen Promotion Officer while the office used to be in mission raod. Overall impression based on the working for about 1.5 years, is very average. There were few +ve and few -ves as below 1) Very good learning process. The company hired a consulting company for Lean implementation and all of us got trained in a detailed and meticulous way. 2) Freedom at work. On a rotation basis, we were assigned various plants to implement Lean and to improve productivity. The best part was the complete freedom at work. People were allowed/ encouraged to take their decisions and creativity while implementing the process. 3) In factories, work timings were fixed and mostly by 06:00 PM, work used to get closed. So NO extended working hours. 4) This role was of plant operations and hence, once you leave the factory, no one will ping/call you.

...s very difficult to reach there using public transport. 6) Strict work timings. If get late for more than 15 mins for 3 times a month, next time onwards half day of salary will get deducted. 7) No appraisal process (at least for the team I was working with) 8) The worst part, was we were given rejected H&M t-shirts which to be worn as the uniform on daily basis. The quality/ fit/ finish of those T-Shirts was horrible. 9) Employee benefits or policies were nonexistent. I relocated from a different city and nothing was arranged/ reimbursed (hotel/ guest house/ train ticket or anything).

... culture and toxic attitudes Such worst managers we can't see anywhere in world. Managers is not treating everyone equal and not healthy work place for talented and dedicated person There is no job security any time they can be fired Lot of politics in management and there is no value for talented people Work more Less pay...for non buckets🪣 DisLikes: Politics Give preference to Buckets 🪣 It was overall horrible experience for me 7 days work Sunday field work If nobody joins they will not give petrol allowance also I have opposed to go to fieldwork and then they hold my increment & appraisal & promotion... It feels very wrost.. Fieldwork :- we have to travel every village and every home to get operators even Sunday and every early morning at 7:30 AM.. after field work we have to work in office also till 6:30 PM Even in summer I got very sick bcoz of it. I had in taken a sick leave and then manager called me and told I will send you home with using bad words he scolded me like that.. Managers targeted me and made toxic rules That I have to go alone to fieldwork They send me fieldwork continuously until I resign and also treated me not to come to office not touch desktop.. no work for you just go fieldwork..and then they treated me like whole day sit out side the office..!! Shame on you managers!! We are not working in your home okay to treat us like that.. ತು ನಿಮ್ ಜನ್ಮಕ್ಕಿಸ್ಟು.. I got depressed and resigned from my job.. They will do anything like ಯಂತ್ರ ತಂತ್ರ ಮಂತ್ರ ಕುತಂತ್ರ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ.. it will make you ಅತಂತ್ರ That will make you forcefully resign... After that they will say I will tell bad about you in BGV make you not get the job in any another company it shows how managers with bad intention... What abt our future? ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಟ್ಯಾಲೆಂಟ್ ಇರೋರ್ನ ತುಳಿತರೆ ಬಕೆಟ್ ಹಿಡಿಯೋರ್ನ ಬೆಳುಸ್ತರೆ.. ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನ ಇರೂ ಯಾರು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ವರ್ಕ್ ಮಾಡೋಕೆ ಇಷ್ಟ ಪಡಲ್ಲ... Being a HR I have faced so many problems wt abt others?? Somthing is going in tumkur Units!! And also didn't conduct exit interview in Head Office? Even HR attrition is more than other units..! All these happened bcoz of 🪣 and toxic managers. To survive in this unit I think we have to expertise in bucket course🪣.. There is even more to tell for now that's it ...
