I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Management desicions are one side An office change is a significant decision that can impact employees' daily routines, productivity, and overall job satisfaction. If the decision to change offices was made unilaterally, it could lead to mixed feelings among the team, especially if they weren’t consulted or informed adequately beforehand. After opposition also they decided to change the office location not at all bothered about everyone's difficulty . daily have to travel 3 hrs to and fro
