No work life balance. Salary policy. Too many meetings. Most of the times have to work for long hours.

100% job security. Good start for freshers. Scheduled weekly support meeting, daily standup meeting will conduct ontime. Can develop our skill and there is no one to teach. We have to learn by our self. So we can adopt ourself in learning. Food is absolutely at no cost. Hygienic and healthy foods will provided at lunch and dinner.

Dislikes

Career growth will happen when we show off our skill. It's a great platform to start our career. No training will conduct to the new joinies, we have to learn by our own.

It's really good company for freshers aa it give lot of support to employees and you have to get learning certification every month as it result in more knowledge about product Challanges which we report in daily report are addressed properly with proper response My Manager is very supportive and understanding and never put you down and always motivate you it depends on you also how you take when your senior give you review.

Team is growing so there are new set of rules coming which sometime lead to more work and pressure when already you are loaded.

Its a good place to learning and start your career, Everything will be systematic and they will adopt new technology and will implement in their product development as well as in their Organization too.

1.Regional feeling in the company. Won't allow other regional people to grow. 2.Poor work life balance. 3.less packages they will offer and hectic work pressure.
