Company is very good ,work is culture is nice,no work pressure, flexible timings.No salary problem.

Dislikes

Internal politics is there,the old staff is not co operative. There is no any increment system. Increment is depends on your senior staff reporting & lots of politics in that. No decisions at the time of work . is very bad & Quality Head of Company is not good ,he is totally blind about work,he not coming on site ,not co operative,lack of knowledge,not share his experience to Engineers. Quality head is not supporting site engineers.He is sitting in store all the time & gossiping about Engineers. He is not supporting This review is bottom of my heart . Thank u .

There is no growth in the company and the supportive team and management are not good.Nothing is available in the name of appraisal.

You don't get paid for your work, there is no on-time salary, and the work culture is not suitable.

Team was excellent in the company, coworking staff is good. Amit Goel the Owner of the company is fantastic, very down to earth person and very knowledgeable

MR.ATUL GOEL WAS WONDERFUL.THOUGH ITS ONE OF LEADING COMPANY OF PUNE ITS A FAMILY MANAGEMENT.SO GOOD VALUES PRACTISED.THE FOUNDER MR.J.P. GOEL STILL ACTIVE SO THE FAMILY AMOSPHERE IS THERE WHICH I THINK GOOD FOR EMPLOYEES.WORK EXPERIENCE IN THIS GROUP IS WELCOMED BY OTHER GROUP.
