New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

After working with for many years no gratuity for employees.If any employee works for 19 years trust him instead of listening to new comers thats the bad thing. about management.If any employee spend is half life of his career with the organization then while taking any dicision against him management should take into consideration his past involvement and his efforts to achieve the goals.

I used to think that buying a property is so complicated but my opinion changed when I contacted Goel Ganga Developments. The team made the whole process so easy for me as they explained everything very clearly. Their team was amazing in assisting me and my wife in finding our future home! They never failed to answer a phone call and were always as enthusiastic as we are in attempting to find our dream home. The team is honest and trustworthy!!! They made finding a place fun and stress free as it shoud be! I recommended Goel Ganga to everybody who is planning to buy a home.
