After working with for many years no gratuity for employees.If any employee works for 19 years trust him instead of listening to new comers thats the bad thing. about management.If any employee spend is half life of his career with the organization then while taking any dicision against him management should take into consideration his past involvement and his efforts to achieve the goals.

I used to think that buying a property is so complicated but my opinion changed when I contacted Goel Ganga Developments.
