First of all it is Godrej (Brand). Real life lessons. Supportive Staff.

Poor management. Managers don't have no future vision. Internal Politics. Interns are treated like workers. Nobody trains Trainees and interns, they have to learn it by their own. but only when they have time from the work given by Others. Sunday working to fill the holidays, (Its better not to give those holiday if want to take Sundays.. sometime its 9 days working)
