I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

They put apprentice every in charge of packing plant for 9 month and apprentice is totally worth less in godrej INDUSTRIES nothing you gonna learn in pressures of charge and production

...e leaving organization..they torture us to stay there until new employee joins..no salary increment (only for the footlickers) ..they have no future growth for diploma candidates, even if you perform well for 4-5 years..

they are not revise compensation even senior person has more experience and good technical skills than new joinees(NON NIT STUDENT,NON NAGPUR COLLEGE STUDENT , EXPERIENCE UPTO 10 YEARS till 2018). DIPLOMA AND BE ARE EQUAL IN SOME CASES (for experience up to 10 years TILL 2018) . HERE YOU CAN JUDGE AFTER WORKING HERE FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR. OVERALL BETTER PLACE BUT YOU TAKE DECISION BASED ON WORK EXPERIENCE FOR AT LEAST 1-2 YEAR.

I like about Godrej is it's a very clean company, some company are very dirty but in our very clean all tank farms all loading and unloading area time to time clean in all plant regular day by day cleaning... And house keeping is a very nice... That's why I like Godrej company
