Poor incentive scheme. No perks and benefits to remote location employees. Hardly Mediclaim tie up in city like Chhattisgarh.

People will be charged for health insurance and it will be deducted from salary till 4 month from first quarter of each FY. And salary will be paid on 10th of each month.

The place to be where you are assured of respect n trust at all times. You are sure to get your salary on time and your dues if any at the right time. If you are sincere than you can work in this place for a decade and more. Yes comparative the salary is not the best but you can be treated with a human touch at all times. The HR cooperate is ever keen on training you at all times and you have to grab the opportunity. The work pressure is there but nobody is targeted for not achieving desired sales as long as you do not break the trust .Oveall great place to be and if you give your LIFE company does everything to see you GROW year on. Respect... Integrity... Trust... Are the pillars of strength of this esteemed organisation. ( I started as a travelling bazaar salesman in Pine Branch founder member) and when I retired after 34 years as Deputy General Manager Godrej Lockss ( Sales and Service) Mumbai Branch.. Respect.

Godrej Construction Division (site role): - Wonderful learnings and always supportive towards Innovations, Quality,safety, Environmental betterment and sustainability. - Supporting for one's decision making - Inter departmental & Inter business switching opportunities for growth as per eligibility - Flexi Leaves (eligibility as per reporting manager requirement). Can avail 2 flexi leaves provided you complete 16 extra hours per month. I.e extra 30-45mins daily working will benefit with flexi leaves. But strictly 1 flexi leave you can avail within 15 days and other in 16 to month end day. - Work life balance is excellent and working style as per manufacturing companies. - We can avail Company Quarters 1rk to bungalow as per your eligibility. However deduction in HRA . But still consider as good with rent almost less than 50% of market value. - Excellent Mediclaim policy around 27 L for you plus 3 immediate dependent family members. However deduction of 36k from CTC. This is beneficial for only who don't have their mediclaim policy.

... will be marked 1/2 day present. - Salary perks as per manufacturing industries. Salary is less as compared to other real estate organisations. However this is good untill your package in 22 L CTC. Beyond that you better switch the company incase if salary is your priority. - Some GETs are assigned in Maintainance as per the requirement. Which will affect their growth. - Submission of PDM quarterly is boring and makes no sense. Once in 06 months is understood as it will gather more information against the comitted KRAs and Goals. - Not aggressive in initiating new projects. Not taking benefit of the peak real estate market.
