Salary is on time and compensation is good ,incentive structure is also good. Products are famous and respectable brand in the market

High pressure sales job, burden of work is too high as you are expected to perform multiple tasks without any help , work life balance is poor because you hesitate to take leave as it will increase your work lord

Reporting managers and super boss are the main hurdles for the career growth and work life balance

Area sales manager owns company. No HR role in the company except welcoming the new joinees. If you have conflicting view with manager then your survival is almost impossible.
