Too much concentration on Insurance, ROI and PF. Since it’s like a startup everything is an experiment. Employees are not fairly paid. No work life balance. Saturdays and Sundays working. The upper management is pathetic. The company is confused with highest attrition in the last 1.5 years

Nothing great, selected people gets promotion and upper management is biased does not acknowledge hardwork.

Work Life Balance Rude Seniors Unclear about the vision and lost in the path Not at all a great place to work, they don't treat you like human beings as seniors just wants business else you will be judged and yelled badly. Don't want to follow market trends regarding policy and products yet pressurising employees to do unreal numbers. Morning Hurdles, mid day calls, Day end calls for micro tracking.
