Company culture in adopting young gen. was good also it was providing freedom for trying new ideas. Overall learning was good with great team members.

Nothing about disliking but 1 factor which every would thing needs to get more is Salary. It was not as competitive with same industry players.

...mandatory notice serve policy without any negotiation ,else go with termination. ~Salary 10th of every month. ~No Process and policies ; Perception based performance management. ~HR is very rude and does not listen to employees below T band . ~Don't provide FnF even if you serve 90days notice period.

Promotion wise very bad feel And salary wise very low comparesion the othe company And if your relative than good Promotion you get. If there not your relatives that you forget your Promotion in your life

Last 4 year I am work in this company and every time achieve targets. Year 2016 and 2017 win best seles executive awards. But company not promoted me. So I am very sad.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
