Since I am in maintenance, access to a lot of things to learn, be it new projects coming up or new machines. Discipline is very important in the company. And the best and most beautiful thing I like is the green nature and least pollution in the company.

Dislikes

Everything else is fine. But the duration of traineeship is 3 years. And the salary increased by the company comes as a incentive not as actual salary. Ex. My salary has 19000 but actual salary show in 16000 and 3000 come in as aincentive.

The company has good culture. But on site job completely depends on client.

Pressure is high. Salary not satisfied according to site job. Many times Sunday also working days. Bike maintenance & fuel bill is very disappointing, Very poor ..

It's not fair at the time of project cost cutting why only supervisor are terminated. All are family if company terminated him suddenly so where they are going but many seniors have enjoyed in office in high salaries but supervisor are terminate as they have doing job on very low salaries. Is it actual cost cutting ?

there is an only one dislike i have ever food time and food given by the canteen is bad.

... very supportive Seniors and management. Site work culture changes site to site. Although company has good pay scale, ontime salary, better variable pay system. Company will stand with you in your crisis.

Dislikes

Company need some improvement in implementation of culture at site. Site deviations must be addressed by superior at once. Otherwise company is very comfortable place to work.
