Management never concern about employees satisfaction. Pay package is very low. Even company won't stick to their word in terms of employees benefits. Poor Infrastructure.

Salary is low with low growth. There is no satisfactory compensation with work pressure. No appreciation for hard working.

the duty hours are very flexible and you have to work for exact time and apart from this company promote extracurricular activities such as cricket match and football match

You get salary for working, it is wrong to think that if you do good work, you will get promotion, because those who do not work here, they get better salary, just the identity of the boss should be there.
