I think one thing that gocomet does well is to put you on the driving seat with accountability and impact. It's clearly a performance driven organisation where your growth is truly at your hands. If you really are in it to win-it. This is the place for you. Massive exposure, Even greater learnings and Being here for nearly half a decade - I can tell you that my colleagues who've moved on have always come back or have praised the team-bonding they had here and the friends they made

Dislikes

I do feel that at times, the drive to do more and achieve more than your peers takes over your mind taking personal time - but that's expected in a high performing team where everyone's thriving for more and if you don't give you 100% where your strengths lie you will be left behind and this healthy competition (not induced by the management but instead a spirit of the team) is contagious.

Amazing working culture, excellent growth opportunities, extremely supportive and friendly environment, amazing work-life balance and flexibility, guidance from leadership team.

Dislikes

Internal announcements and changes can be streamlined a little better so that it reaches all the teams and all the users in time. But this is a very minor and outweighed con. Apart from this there are no cons.

Work Culture is super good! I feel home here with my friends (not colleagues). Team and Superiors are really supportive and understanding about your tasks and personal life. I personally feel I am enjoying working here
