The work environment is really good. The boss also isn't strict at all. Even the employees I've worked with there, were really helpful.

Dislikes

There isn't any job security. You can be laid off without any prior notice of at least one month. Also, there's a lot of communication gap and misunderstandings with the project requirements since the team doesn't closely work with the clients.
