No proper salary increment. There is a contractor just to take ur share of salary as a commission for doing absolutely nothing. No growth. This job is good for those who just wants to work without any growth.

Job security is there but no growth. Teammates are supportive but managers don't help, salary hike is too less

Need to work on Sunday, after working hours also, at night also managers call for work, work environment is not good

...life will be very hectic. The IEs has absolutely no value in this establishment. They basically make you do labour work for some petty salary. The managers have lot of arrogance and ego in them. Very unprofessional and pathetic.

Useless organization with useless people . Join only if you aim to get some peanut salary to feed yourself . With the legacy framework don't even expect any career growth but be ready to a whole lot of petty and cheap office politics

Nothing...only the Surroundings are a bit clean.

Everything. Mostly people working there. Don't care about employees and treat very rudely and few employees doesn't have basic manners. To prove themselves great they let others down very badly in a wrong way without proper knowledge.
