There is not a single thing i like about the clinic she is fooling people

... not a doctor she is illiterate women who don’t have sense to talk to anyone..she holds salary for 1 month and after 1 month she puts pressure to you to resign .. she is typical lala who abuse their employees with or without their fault..i would like to give advice to people don’t visit her clinic as she doesn’t respect her employees thats the reason no body work-there for more than 2 months … she is the worst owner or boss one can think about it .. if you are planning to join there then please think about it ….0 rating to work culture

If you want to learn basics of diet planning, consulting than it is a good place, you can learn from grassroot level

Dislikes

No job security, she can kick you out of your job & will not even give your salary. Terrible behaviour of the boss, she treats you like her servent. No leaves policies and once you resign from the job the behaviour gets poor. You are no one for her, will not let you grow & explore. You can work day in & out , deliver your best performance but it all will go in vain. At the time of hiring a good picture will be shown to you but it will all come out to a zero within 1 week as soon as you join.

Nothing... No learning environment ... No promotion..

The work prssure is very high . No job security , partiality among the employee of same profile, no mid year appraisal, very low yearly appraisal , boss is very aggressive nature . She never support her staff in front of any client and important thing is no medical leave, no paid leave .

Dt Ekta never respected another Dietician/ Nutritionist or even her clients also. Her nature and her way to treat is very ruthless and pathetic.
