...e however they have deducted a premium of ~650+ in two paychecks. Salary - Delays in payments & with a lot of discrepancies of hours, follow-ups, corrections always. Resignation/Final payment – I have not received my pending final payments even after 6 months of my resignation. Initially they have told, they are working on the calculations and pending payments from vendors. When I have escalated to Praveen K Shyamala, suddenly their records indicate associates have to pay them surprisingly but no documents/calculations will be shared/discussed with consultants. Key Documents/ VISA Interviews: Key supporting documents like H1B Approvals, NIE Letters, Visa Interview supporting documents none will be shared on time. Such a negligence, delays where I have received H1 and supporting documents in the morning at 7.30AM when my VISA interview is at 8.30AM in New Delhi Consulate. You can imagine the situation of myself & family. Most of the times every information will be communicated through phone calls, not in emails or any official communications. Worst company ever worked with not having any direct clients neither having any updates properly after working so hard no job security probation period is 2 months they can fire you within 2days worst people..

The place is not clean dust on desk If we say to hr will say us only go and say to watchman he will clean No proper management Always partiality . Most of the employee ran away in 2months .. due to toxic environment .
