Company tries to deduct payment, even after being a ltd company. Company didn't paid for consultation fees and not willing to pay. Not even responded for 1 month follow up. After 1 month response receive for non payment.

...it be health or finances or work related, He is always happy to extend his help. Enjoying performance bonuses apart from salary. Growth for performers. The colleagues are too good and supportive. Really loving to work here. Also gives opportunity for International travel.

Literally nothing. I love working with this company.

Strict, process oriented company. Values time and professionalisms. Come on time and leave on time, can have a balanced life.

Some times discipline and strictness to high for Indian standards. But since patients lives depends on work this company does, may be they have to be so strict.

Less payment, staff is put to work in the company toxic environment where overwork is mandatory for very less payment, it feels like we are labourers not employees. Everything looks good on surface of the company but it is very toxic . No one stays there for a long term and the reasons are toxic environment, unnecessary workload, Dictatorship from the CEO who can never handle good relation with employees.

I have been working in this company for 7+ years, I have gained so much knowledge and experience in work as well as in my personal life. The work environment is pleasant & disciplined (not strict), because this company serves Life Saving drugs/medicine for critically ill patients. The company gives you an opportunity to learn lot many things and this is how I got an experience in my career. Overall, the company is beneficial to the employees (who work with sincerity and honest) in many ways like work, health and financial support. etc.
