Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Work life balance was great, one can easily time to your loved ones.

Dislikes

Well, the list is pretty long: 1. Fake company with a fake address 2. Most of the time they will give your salary in cash that is again problematic when you are submitting payslips! 3. No bonus 4. No transport allowance 5. Frequent pay cuts 6. No promotions 7. No hike in salary N.B. : They will always hire fresher and some people with industry experience. After a year is passes, the person with the experience will be removed and the fresher will be kept. This is their cost-cutting policy. Very unethical indeed. So please be beware of such unethicos!!

Except that they have a 6- Days shift, everything else is pretty good. My colleagues are cool and fun to work with. Directors of the company grounded and regularly converse with others in the company. One would feel motivated to work here and let their mind run free.
