Job insecurity and salary. GNAP is a client of Nokia. If Nokia is having projects, your job is safe otherwise you should be ready to leave any day, no matter how good you were in your last project. And also salary is relatively low compare to other organisations

They hire as permanent employees and later send off board without giving any intimation saying that the project is over. They neither assign another project nor keep it on the bench. Totally scam.

Terrible experience with GNAP Services. They make big promises but fail to deliver. Extremely unprofessional management, lack of transparency, and unethical practices. They delay payments, mislead clients, and are facing multiple legal issues. Avoid this company at all costs!

Kind of work culture, once transition done, your are the owner of that part which is good. No one will disturb you until done anything wrong.

No cabs, no cafetera or food facilities, less leaves, low holidays, etc
