Almost I have worked about 6 months initially they will treat you in normal after 3 months you'll become victim there is a set of people who not speak even we try to speak with them and am not suggesting any job if you are comfortable you can go and work there but don't expect anything except salary from company side

Dislikes

One person from the heaven he is so strict he is not chairman but he is behaving like that

It an domestic company i was joined as account executive,at the time of my one year experience i learnt so many thinks like comunicating with superior officers, working with colleagues exchanging ideas doubts etc,attended some employee meeting, functions and so on.and coming to work environment it was good.all superiors were friendly and supportive with me, i think career growth is little difficult in my past company as per my observation, overall i can say it was wonderful experience in my first job.

Dislikes

Lots of politics, jealousy some time misunderstanding between employees.
