He make work environment horrible and he say every meeting, we will terminate and please resign and go. that words he will say. He help only specific persons who do not work more. His relationship

For few people its kind of Govt office you work or not you will get your salary but for others its difficult to breath with the type of people. Company / then Finance VP want his employee to stretch beyond office hours but not ready to provide cab for late logoff. Irrespective of your family emergencies , you have to come to office and work. Not only the VP but others also so insensitive and irresponsible towards the employee feeling and emotions. Those who can do a "Ji Hajuri", its a nice place.
