Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

We can have peaceful life with good balance between work and family,

Dislikes

People don't let us do our work, it's kind of monarchism from MD of the hospital, which is intolerable, they don't let us do our work in our way, they want explanations and dictations on everything we do, they don't provide what we want but they calculate everything....Which is funny...The company policies are worst, they try grade the people...Which is too worst... Experience for the employee...Overall better avoid to join if you some better option
