- Company is Good No doubt. - Salary they offer is not competitive, The yearly increments are also just 2-3%, Work from home for possible job roles also they didn't provide. - Management is good and Job security is there. - Also only one Saturday off, Not a 5 day week culture.

Dislikes

- Salary should be competitive compared to market - They should encourage honest employees morally & salary wise - Health insurance is worst (Only covers Immediate family that too just 2.7 Lacs) - Must Provide flexible Work From Home (as some Job roles can easily do it)

No personal life, Unnecessary documentation cause less time spend on actual work on aircraft.

... get leave when required.only one day weekly off is not enough for family life.also not got retention bonus last year when others are got without any reason.

2. Transportation: Being used for non-security duties like vehicle coordination and bus management, which isn't part of security responsibilities as per BCAS guidelines,We have to do work as per the Security program Direction given by BCAS

It's good the hr department is worse they do what ever they want on recruitment challenges they never try to take good professional lot of work policits many loop holes are there. They way they treated me when am COVID postive on 1st wave can do easy judgement.
