The job in the GMERD MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL is good, everyone has a good character, the faculty is good, the superintendent sir and Dean sir is a good supporter.

Dislikes

Rajdeep Enterprise, the contract that runs in the hospital, exploits all the employees, does not pay that much, and fills some positions with people who do not even have a degree.

It was enjoyed work . Some patients are support nd co operative.

...ccepted our request.our contract plz change nd give job . But no velue of staff. Nd not give 20000 salary only give 12800 really i feel very bad

I had satisfied with my work profile to save the patient and serve my best in this institute for almost 3 years in different departments but if we had to talk about job security and employees benefit and all then there is no job security after many years serving or such next level hard work there is no good culture for employees....!!

I had amazing experience with hospital work and patients its good place for experiencing and to growth yourself but after many years investing there is no job security and there is no any benefit for employees.so choose wisely with good management.
