Am feeling happy to work in GMC Srinagar as a faculty member, we have a very cordial atmosphere in department and friendly relations with all seniors and juniors. Am poud of my seniors, Senior residents and budding post graduates. We have excellent exposures in all variety of cases in every imaging modality.

Dislikes

Promotions not given at due time, i have been promoted just once in Eleven years, am still working as Assistant professor, should have been Professor at the moment. Wr are also underpaid.

It provides you the platform to grow and evolve with the growing technology. Has the flexibility to learn other operations while working for your position in the company. #constantly #evolve.

Zero acadamics what I have seen in last 2 yrs Zero skill development Wrong faculty selections Casuall patient care Zero security Zero administration Nonproductive work culture A house helper attitude towards postgraduates Worst paramedic and nursing care

If it's clinical learning, then GMC nagpur gives great opportunity ( especially medicine department). Good academics, great faculty. Only bad thing is remuneration, it's very meagre, no job security.

It is a great place to learn.... Owing to the heavy rush of patients, one is able to study so many different cases and various approaches required for the treatment. GMC jammu gives us a lot of opportunities to learn and provide us with immense experience required for the treatment of patients.

Dislikes

Too much patient overload and not enough facilities to cater the needs of the patients as well as the staff.
