There's no pressure at work. And fixed timings (maybe 9:30 AM to 6:30PM)

There are multiple cons working at GM. 1. Salary is delayed alot. Many times around 3-4 months. 2. There's no leave policy. If you take leaves they deduct from salary. Literally Zero fixed leave from company side. 3. Management is not responsible for any delays. Next level management doesn't even want to discuss with higher management regarding salary delays and all. 4. There's no WFH and many a times even the weekly off needs to be begged for. 5. No yearly appraisal here.

They filled all forms just like PF, Gratuity etc after got salary nothing is there. And after one month they deducted 10% of basic salary for TDS but they they didn't provide any form 16. So Worsted, Worsted,Worsted,Worsted.

worst company to work salary are not paid on time. Only 1st Month they will pay after that you should forget about your salary lot of discrimination Worst part is HR Tina horrible lady doesn't pick calls no pay slip, no medical no hierarchical structure please don't join Gm infinite.
