organization structure not good. Skilled staff and manpower not available. HR functions is very poor. Nobody bothered about his job because of HR culture. work pressure too high. Production Planning and Control is too Much poor because of no skilled person. Technical staff also not available.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
