The location of the university is good in nature. Neat and clean eco friendly environment away from the city.

Dislikes

paying continuity is terrible they won't give salary for months they will send you for the work from home and won't pay you a single penny. Even on regular work they will deduct 30% of salary which will be paid after least 3 months. moreover they deduct 50% salary during lockdown period.

As it's a sub branch there are not much perks given in it salary is not credited in banks they are hand paid, low staff count, but staff is good and. Highly talented and influential

Dislikes

Environment balance between student and staff is not maintained due to poor management by administrators # it's a sub branch i worked in. I didnt have any knowledge of main branch

Nothing to be liked as per conditions,lots of politics , pressure will be to much.no work culture ,no time table of employee when they are coming only junior are pressurized for doing work and activities.

Nothing ,and if we talk about salary part not coming in right time. talking about increment that is 0.forget it about the increment

Terrible politics in the campus amongst faculty members.Seems management doesn't care about it's workers.A consipirational environment. Hard to put your sincere efforts.
