1. No Yearly Increment for every year. 2. Salary payment delay ( Every month Delay ). 3. Less Job Security. 4. Management biased 5.Fake promises. 6. Working hours was terrible. 7. HR Breaking rules of Leave policy.

...fforts here. Engagement activities, excellent colleagues, supportive management. On time salary, appraisal. It's a place where one has the opportunity to learn and grow if they have the right and positive mindset to work and contribute.
