...ce and helping other teammates is very less, 1 or 2 people in team used to help. And salary wise no salary hike will be there. They find reasons to not give u hike.. honest and loyalty is not worth there

Work culture is not standard. There is no respect of your work OR contribution that you give even after working day and night. If you wish to stay in the company then you have to do Sycophancy of your BDA. Not only that even management is worse they won't ask you what happened between you and BDA. Directly they will send you termination letter w. r. To that you have made argument with your BDA but they won't even put their effort to know exactly what happened between you and BDA. This feedback I am writing w. r to BHILAI office branch. You know that their management think that they are only the employees of that company apart from them nowhere exist. I wanted to tell all these thinks to the respective company Director but no use of telling them.

... r to each and every employee. 2. They must give flexible time to employee. 3. They must not deduct the salary even if employee is late. Can't say much point to improve them because I want them be more conservative.

...at teammates, the management also work to provide a good working environment. 2. The on-time salary and increments are a good motivator, 3. Learning opportunity for fresher is great here.
