Salary is decent but career growth is very slow training is not given to new joinees no facility available

I liked the teamspirit of co- worker and junior guys , job is secure , learning skill is good i learn about many new things, senior staff is much helpfull and motivated,

I didn't like politics. Work pressure is too much according to job.Salary is not so good according to job and workload. Bad health care, i did't get my health insurance card or ESI card during my work experience.

Lot of things to learn. It has Multiple departments who deals with multiple product categories. Salaries on time.

Poor management, doesn’t think about the employees. No bonus, politics, u cant take decisions, only MD sir make the decisions.

Salary on time 7th of every month, Higher management always thinks progressive and provides the same environment to all

Workers are not so good in behavior and it seems like you always works in pressure even after duty time you have to be ready to reach plant on any of failure

Team is very good,job security 90%, salary on time up to 7th of every month, work environment is good, appraisal has done in every year maximum up to 12%

There is a union of worker here .I dislike to work like that person who are not have any responsibility
