They mainly concentrate on Improving PLF of plant through their operation skills. On taking about salary wise they wont good enough. For checking lower Engineer and Sr.Engineer level they are paying very less compared to the market value. The company is concentrating on Operation & Maintenance of Power Plant mainly coal based plants on Higher MWs, currently having O&M projects sites

Company values & things dosent matters. Rules are not same for all employees. Buttering is too much. No one will support you their. If you have own talent.

The company is good to learn about the projects taken by the organisation,job environment clients interaction .colleagues are ok but our plus is that we work as team.

No job security and hike of salary problems , working hours is 17hrs -19 hrs.I ve to attend clients calls control room call to resolve any problems arise in site during operation or maintenance.just do job no appreciation from company but some in critical situation if we cleared the problem then clients appreciate us very often.

This company's construction manager is very good and runs the company very well and it is very good for pressure in the company but it is a challenge and its clients are also very good.

They are true to their value. 2.It’s ok for me not to know everything, but boy am I learning so much so quickly 3.The people at this company are a pleasure to work with and make it enjoyable to come to work 4.My co-workers and management team are social, knowledgeable and caring
