The worst management that i had ever seen in my entire life.No culture in this company.

...ry bad.In this management no one can take any responsibilities to the employees.they dont even give bonus for last 2years. They just terminated employees for no reason. Force to resign..because they dont want to give bonus to the employees. They dont have any sympathy and no emotions.. And there management is the most worst management. Too much political game playing by the management in this company.

There is nothing you can really like about, except that feeling when salary gets credited into bank account. But that feeling you can have by working any other company as well.

Perhaps the most unprofessional management this company has in the entire Kolkata. Management are liar as well. They promise something but after the work done they do not fullfil it. Forces employees as they are the owner of the employees. Each and every TL do not know how to behave with employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Don't know who is the actual management. HR, Manager or else team leaders, they have also in doubt who is actually holding the management system. Oh my god, working culture 😂 the worst place for work with the so called management system. If you don't have a good communication with your team leaders, they randomly collect your name and pass it to HR and suddenly your HR will be called you and said that we have a shortage of projects so you'll terminated today and your official last working day is bla bla bla. And when you asked them the reason for choosing you. They'll said that management decided it. So they don't have the exact reason for choosing anyone. there is no job security.

Dislikes

For some inferior people who are holding the higher authority only for them this place is going down for a working culture. Too much politics. No Job security and no career growth is there.
