The place is a very good learning ground for excelling in recruitment and other aspects of HR. The organization's culture is very good, and it feels like a family. Both directors are well-educated and knowledgeable in the HR field. Though we all work from home, the HR always engages well with everyone and keep us connected.

There is nothing to like in this company. Only thing is, they give WFH option. Which is in good for the employee and the employer.

Dislikes

No job security at all. They will fire you without giving prior intimation. Salaries are not on time. No career growth No learning and development Both the directors are good for nothing. Very less interaction with the employees One of the director is good in micro management.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
