There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

egg (zero) company fully waste canteen, bad work culture,Boss centric environment, Infrastructure wise bad, fully 12th pass labours no GMP following, Aleti vijendar reddy is manager with no brain there and full mad who thinks he owns the company. Don't join this company at any cost

This is mid range, poultry vaccine manufacturing company with decent facilities. Being a fresher opportunity of learning things is way more than big companies cause you get involved in most of your departmental work and learn things. My departmental has been quite Agm sneha maam quite supportive and strict while making me learn things.

It has good corporate culture till mid 2018 with good leadership. Later under new leadership, cost cutting measures started, no expansion in all ways, finally taken over Virbac.
