Great company Management is great I think this is the only company where no politics Great company policies On time salary and bouns, from top management to low level all staffs are friendly in nature.. If u get any offer from company's side you can close your eyes and u can join..

They put CCTV cameras in the office. One on top of my head !! Not trusting employees. Lots of partialities between long tenure employees and new comers. Appraisal process sucks !! People have not been promoted for 15-20 years. Attendance is manupelated by old employees. Spying culture overall.
