- Basic salary may be low - choice job roles and advancement may be politicized - Too many HR people events but only for namesake - HR may be a hindrance to employee effectiveness rather than a help (not often but if you are unlucky enough it may happen) - too many organizational changes happening at once, no standard processes

...er our bonding help us energize each other to do things effectively for the job. Globe also gave us competitive salary to compensate the weight of the job assigned to us. We also experience free travil and laxury hotel accomodation everytime we have our conferences, conventions and meetings. Globe also facilitate programs and trainings to help develop employees leadership. Globe provided us also the tools to make the job easier make. We can also have time for our family cause were only working from Monday to Friday.

Dislikes

I like the challenges of the job and the salary they offer, the benefits and the tools of work they gave us. Also the people whom I am working with.

ASTICOM /Globe Telecom PH is formerly own by Ayala Group of Company. Globe telecom PH is one of the largest telecom and isp provider in ph. But there installer and repairman for there clients or subscriber is all outsource contractors like project basis. Now Asticom is the HR of Globe Telecom PH, Plan and put a project for an inhouse field engineer of course they want an own Field Engineer to handle there own vip clients like business plan bundled packs. They called it SKYWALKER project. is already 4year old project by GLOBE there own Technician in telco to handles the VIP clients. Im a veary much team player. can work alone without any supervision and can work also with a team. Hope u can call me again so that i can tell you more about my knowledge and skills. thank u

First of all people are good and act professional.second of all work is sometimes overwhelming but on contratry it was great specially learning new strategies to do the given task.and lastly I have had actually learned to talk calm ...
