It also depend on various factors to be taken considerable, hence it cant elaborate here....but overall good and growing city in all manners, sectors like infra, IT industries, FMCG, Real Estate, Banking etc

The project I worked on was a new project, and because of that, things were getting iterative day by day; in such an environment, the learning was huge, and I am very glad I worked at AtiUttam. The ease of flexible work time made it easier to manage a lot of chores + as well as complete the tasks provided. However, the Project head was very good at assigning tasks by time.

I don't say I dislike it, but company culture needs to be built. That's missing it seems to me.

"Only those people can work here who engage in flattery and theft throughout their lives. Good employees are wrongly implicated and accused here, and senior officials sitting on high positions stop their salaries by putting false allegations on them. This is an organized racket of theirs, which keeps giving wrong information to the company owners and their truth does not come in front of them. Therefore, they also get good employees out.
