This is a company that runs on dictatorship mentality wherein the President himself is quite abusive; no employee concerns are taken into comsideration; There are no paid leaves or public holidays; US conterparts are very racist and always demeaning towards Indian employees. No employee suggestion towards process improvement is heard and instead one could get fired for voicing out concerns! Payroll is never done properly & one cannot ask any questions! One will lose all qualities, confidence in your abilities & patience if one works there. Be prepared to be insulted almost every other day by whinning & incompetent so called Directors! If you have good qualities, please wait for some time & look for a different company! GTT is not worth it
