This company is a leading third party RCU/FCU agency in entire North East India & West Bengal. As a result, I get to travel all over West Bengal & Sikkim. Work culture of this office is good. In this company I learnt how to prevent fraudulent activity of bank account opening, loan applications, credit card applications & death claim of life insurance companies by conducting proper field investigations.

Dislikes

Compensation is avarage as per work pressure and growth is very slow. I have to attend field staff calls in the evening, early morning and some times into late night. Also there is no on-job trainning for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by steps.
