GITM initially felt like a place to start with however, a couple months later the salary stopped, additional work added without extra pay, students too realised something is fishy and got worried about their future. Teachers were asked to perform management stuff and neglect teaching. So overall, if you want to punish yourself please join it.

Dislikes

Non professional behaviour is disliked the most by me. Keeping employees unpaid for several months in hope for salary and asking to do extra hours with no pay is highly unacceptable.

Likes

Good desicipline here. The behaviour of fellow teachers is good, children also listen and obey the words of the teacher.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow.

Dislikes

Director behavior is terrible, faculty turnover is too high. No faculty sustain there for more than 3 months. No rules and regulations. Only Director is keep on gossiping about stuff. Sanitation is poor. Flush are not working and nothing is arranged in washroom, taps are not working, no hand wash, no cleanliness. No hygiene.

All in all it was just the colleagues who kept me going in this organization for 4 years. Five days working and timings from 9am-3.30pm is a big plus while working in this organization.

Dislikes

Management here is quite ignorant and irresponsible towards its employees. A pathetic place to work with no financial and personal growth. Precious 4 years my life got wasted here. Just one increment in 4 years. No standards, no principles and no ethics.
