Worst company ever come across even the head pramod pareek do the body shaming of employees and even tell them to learn everything in one day while joining as a freshers to this the experience was worst even the HR don't know anything even not single hr skills and support all the misbehaving attitude of head and even encourage it. I am writing the review to express my deep disappointment and frustration with GIAS. My time with this organization is nothing but a nightmare, plagued by complete absence of company culture, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of respect & professionalism from the top down. Lets start with the MD, who seems to be completely disengaged from the needs and concerns of the employees. Its clear that creating a positive company culture is not a priority for them. Instead of fostering a sense of unity and well being, the MDs indifference has resulted in toxic work environment where nobody feels valued or motivated. The HR dept, Alin is equally guilty in this dismal state of affairs. Rather than advocating for the employees well being, Alin acts as if she owns the organization. They show no concern to the employee turnover, which clearly shows the toxic work culture infused in the organization. Lack of proper policies and frequent changes only add to the chaos. Organization payouts are irregular. Promised incentives are non existent. All staff are given different promises causing further discontent among the employees. False promises are made during the hiring and shown all flowery pictures. Office boys who should be the face of professionalism fail to fulfil their duties. Harish bhai the self proclaimed detective agent of GIAS. No Brains and looking for gains. In short this organization is far away from Humanity, empathy and respect. Its a place where promises are made and broken, where chaos reigns supreme and where employee is treated as disposable assets. I strongly advice anyone joining this company to think twice, as this organization breeds frustration, disappointment.
