Only good thing is salary comes on time. Rest is upto God to run this organization. Unskilled management try to get work from skilled labour.

Finance Head in Delhi is really a mess. He is after you for every little work. Clearly staff is leave its job b'coz of him. He is non bearable, Only his work to make life heal of his staff. Poor guys.

...ays supports teachers. They listen, they care. I feel lucky to be teaching here. Salary is always on time, no issues. The staff is friendly and helpful. The students are lovely and respectful. I feel proud to be a Senior Teacher here. It's a peaceful place. Good for teachers who love teaching and care for students.

Sometimes, there's a rush between shifts. But with good planning, it works out fine

Salary is stooping low. It's degrading for any teacher to work there. Promotions only given to the ones who are close to the Principal or belong to their community

Nothing. How can you like anything when the school management doesn't support us when we speak up supporting equality and non-discriminatory practices? I am a senior teacher there and have been working for the sake of money as the place is just next door.

Dislikes

2 shifts, overworked, peanuts salary, can be fired for speaking up, no training - forget about skill development, no respect from peers whatsoever. We're told to be nice to RICH customers. And ignore, and avoid poor customers. Terrible!

...ur last choice as they are only there to use you to the extreme for their needs. In the name of salary they will demand all the work even after working hours. No proper system is followed. No relaxation time.
