...portive. Else everything is worst. Appraisal are done just for documentation. No Salary hike is given, every now and then they have their own monetary issues (they just try to befool you with one or the other reason). Company Policies are worst because they don't have SOP for recruitment of teachers. PRT teachers get more Salary than TGT or PGT. Senior Teachers get less salary then the new recruited teachers.

Salary setting criteria. Management is worst. Standards setting is very high from from management perspective but then in return no Standards for salary hike.

Nothing. How can you like anything when the school management doesn't support us when we speak up supporting equality and non-discriminatory practices? I am a senior teacher there and have been working for the sake of money as the place is just next door.

Dislikes

2 shifts, overworked, peanuts salary, can be fired for speaking up, no training - forget about skill development, no respect from peers whatsoever. We're told to be nice to RICH customers. And ignore, and avoid poor customers. Terrible!

The School offers a competitive base salary and respects work-life balance. The faculty is always kind and reasonable. It is a good place to work!

While GIIS Bangalore is already well-equipped, there's always room for additional recourses in certain specialized areas. Continued investment in these resources would further enrich the learning experience and support innovative teaching practices, ensuring that school maintains its reputation for excellence.

...ur last choice as they are only there to use you to the extreme for their needs. In the name of salary they will demand all the work even after working hours. No proper system is followed. No relaxation time.

No Standard Operating Procedure. Newcomers get far more better salary as compared to seniors. Seniors may be getting 30k whereas the juniors get 40k as starting salary.
