Few managers treat you as labour, shouts at employees in-front of everyone, don’t listen to your versions, don’t want to you do skip level meetings, micro manages and even if you escalate to higher management they don’t care and in fact they support your manager. Note: this is only for couple of managers, there are managers who works with you , support you.

The HR have been brilliantly supportive during the whole tenure of the hiring process. I was getting feedbacks on where I have to improve and interviewer feedback after every session. The whole onboarding process was smooth and was completed in a short time as against the usual 3-4 days of onboarding.

Good working Culture, All teams right from Hiring to onboarding gave clear updates and responded to my queries. I could connect with other department employees in short time and people here are friendly and open to explore and gain knowledge.
